In each region of our country, in addition to federal assistance for children, regional assistance is also provided.

What payments are there specifically in the Republic of Bashkortostan? What can you claim at the birth of your first, second or third baby?

Let's consider the questions of interest in more detail.

Dear readers! The article talks about typical ways to resolve legal issues, but each case is individual. If you want to know how solve exactly your problem— contact a consultant:

The issue of calculating child benefits in the republic regulated:

  • Law No. 132-z, which provides for the amount of monthly payments;
  • Decree of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan No. UP-692, which regulates the issue of additional measures of social assistance for those categories of families who have given birth to twins, triplets, and so on;
  • Decree of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan No. UP-524 on improving the legislation of the Russian Federation in the social sphere of supporting parents involved in raising minors;
  • Decree of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan No. 132, regulating issues of monthly benefits for children from 1.5 to 3 years;
  • Law No. 87, which provides monthly payments to families with four or more children.

The list is not exhaustive, but contains all the necessary information not only for familiarization, but also for understanding the system for registering children's state support.

One-time

If we are talking about adopting a baby, the family is entitled to one-time assistance from federal maternity capital in the amount of 453 thousand rubles.

If a disabled person is adopted, help is automatic increases by 100 thousand rubles.

Parents whose average income is below the established subsistence level have the right to apply monthly regional child benefit.

It is important to note that this assistance can be assigned to a child under the age of 16 (up to 18 years, provided that he is a full-time student).

Support is allowed if the following criteria are met:

  • Only low-income families can receive it;
  • can be assigned from the moment the application is received;
  • can be received by biological parents, adoptive parents and other persons who replace them;
  • Children whose guardians are already receiving maintenance for their wards cannot claim payments.

Benefit amount is:

  • about 318 rubles is the standard amount;
  • about 637 rubles – paid to single mothers;
  • about 478 rubles - subject to military service of one of the parents or being wanted for non-payment of child support.

Also provided additional allowances at the rate of:

  • 47.82% if the baby is from Mezhgorye;
  • about 132 rubles – if a disabled person or an orphan, from a large family, both parents are incapacitated;
  • about 410 rubles – per student from large families.

For registration you need to prepare:

  • standard package of documents (original passports, birth certificate);
  • family income certificate (issued for the last 3 months);
  • If we are talking about a first-born child over 16 years old, you must present a document from your place of study.

The family has the right to apply at any time convenient for them.

Despite the fact that the benefit is state, its size is determined by local governments, since the money is allocated from the regional/republican budget.

Other benefits include the opportunity to receive free food. Pregnant women before childbirth, as well as nursing mothers until the child reaches 6 months of age inclusive, have the right to apply for it.

To receive assistance, you must meet one criterion: the average monthly family income must be below the minimum established in the region.

One-time

The size is standard – 18.8 thousand rubles. If twins or even triplets are born into the family, assistance is provided for each newborn.

If twins, triplets or more babies are born at the same time, the family has every right to apply for the governor's benefit. Again, you can count on it provided you receive an average monthly income below the subsistence level in the republic.

  • payments are received until the age of 3;
  • can be received by adoptive parents and guardians;
  • information about your financial situation must be periodically resubmitted (at the first request of social security employees);
  • indexing is not provided.

Size assistance is 500 rubles.

To complete it needs to be prepared:

  • information on average family income for the last 3 months;
  • if we are talking about adoptive parents or guardians - a court order;
  • baby's birth certificate;
  • details of the recipient to which payments will be transferred.

Apply for benefits necessary in the first six months from the moment the child is born.

If parents give birth to triplets, then they have every right to register housing certificate, which can be used to improve your living conditions. One of the requirements is mandatory registration as those in dire need of improved living conditions.

One-time assistance

The size of the lump sum payment is standard – 18.8 thousand rubles.

If a family has a third child, they have every right to register for him monthly payment.

The benefit is issued for a child aged 1.5 to 3 years (if at birth, then the payment is identical to the first). This type of assistance from the republic is primarily intended to help mothers whose benefits have been suspended until the age of 1.5 years due to the age of the baby, and they do not yet have the opportunity to send him to kindergarten in order to get a job.

Conditions for receiving:

  • the average family income should not be higher than the established subsistence level;
  • mandatory presence of Russian citizenship;
  • such assistance is not received by guardians or adoptive parents if they have issued a maintenance payment;
  • Only minor children are taken into account when calculating.

The benefit is about 3 thousand rubles.

To complete it, you need to prepare list of such documentation:

  • a standard set of documents confirming the identity of the applicant;
  • birth certificates of the first two children;
  • if there is a marriage - a corresponding certificate;
  • a certificate of no receipt of maintenance payments (issued by guardians or adoptive parents, this does not apply to biological parents);
  • information about income;
  • court order - if we are talking about guardians or adoptive parents.

Monthly financial assistance must be issued in the first six months after 1.5 years, otherwise it will not be possible to receive it.

Among the additional benefits, one can also highlight, as in previous cases, the opportunity receiving free food.

In addition, if there are three or more children in a family, once every few years it is possible to apply for monetary compensation for purchasing school clothes. Again, this opportunity is provided exclusively for those categories of families whose monthly income is equal to or less than the subsistence level.

From features of financial assistance highlight:

Main package of documents counts:

  • receipt for the purchase of school clothes;
  • salary information;
  • birth certificate;
  • document from social security confirming low-income status.

As for the size of the payment, it is about 2.9 thousand rubles for each minor for whom school clothes were purchased.

For the poor

Low-income families are given the opportunity to receive a monthly payment for each child who was born third or subsequent, and at the time of registration was aged from 1.5 to 3 years.

Low-income parents whose monthly average income does not exceed the minimum established in the region can receive benefits.

Benefit amount is about 3 thousand rubles for each student (starting from the third).

According to regional conditions, children whose age is not older than 2 years 11 months and 29 days can apply for payment.

In addition, it is possible to receive baby food.

According to the conditions, children must:

  • live all this time on the territory of the republic.
  • be registered as an outpatient at the place of your immediate residence;
  • be on mixed or artificial feeding.

Required condition: receiving an average income below the established minimum.

Large families raising four or more children have every right to the so-called special republican payment.

It is issued exclusively to the family, and not to each child individually. Can be issued by parents whose average monthly income per person is less than the established minimum subsistence level.

From design features highlight:

  • Only minor children under 16 years of age are taken into account. If they are full-time students - up to 23 years old;
  • the benefit is subject to annual indexation.

Benefit amount directly depends on the number of students:

  • if there are 4 children – about 1.5 thousand rubles;
  • if we are talking about raising 5 or more minors - about 2 thousand rubles.

For registration payments must be submitted to the territorial department of social protection with a list of such documentation:

  • original birth certificate for each child;
  • certificate of family income for the last 3 months.

Large families have the right to make payments at any time convenient for them.

From all of the above, we can conclude that in the Republic of Bashkortostan, most types of state financial assistance are provided exclusively for large and low-income families.

Another type of support for parents from the republican government is described in the following video:

    November 1, 2017, 14:32 March 3, 2019 13:42

    Residents of Bashkiria can count on benefits from the state at the birth of a child. There are federal and regional programs to support families in Bashkiria. The editors of the site have prepared information about the benefits and payments that are due for the birth of the first, second and subsequent children, as well as what benefits citizens can count on when adopting a child.

    Maternity and child care benefits

    From February 1, 2018, the amount of benefits related to maternity and childhood increased. At the birth of a child, non-working mothers are entitled to a one-time payment in the amount of 19,273.95 rubles. The minimum monthly allowance for caring for a child up to one and a half years old is: 3,613.68 rubles - for caring for the first child; 7,227.35 rubles - for caring for the second and subsequent children.

    For working mothers, maternity benefits are calculated based on the average daily earnings for two years and are paid at 100 percent. The size of the monthly allowance for child care up to one and a half years old also depends on the size of the official part of the salary for the last two years, but 40% of average earnings are taken into account. According to the Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Belarus, the amount of benefits for caring for the first child for working citizens cannot be lower than 4,364.94 rubles.

    Maternal capital

    In Russia, upon the birth or adoption of a second child, maternity capital is issued. The certificate funds in the amount of 453 thousand rubles can be spent on improving living conditions, paying for a kindergarten or child’s education, forming the funded part of the mother’s pension, as well as on the social adaptation of disabled children.

    300 thousand for the first child

    Bashkiria has a program to support young families, according to which a lump sum payment of 300 thousand rubles is provided upon the birth of a child. Only those who need to improve their living conditions can receive money - spouses must be registered as those in need of housing.

    Allowance for the first child, Putin's payments

    From the beginning of 2018, families with their first child will receive benefits under the federal program. Those families whose average per capita income does not exceed 1.5 times the subsistence level for the second quarter of the previous year can apply for social support - in Bashkiria this is 14,247 rubles per person. That is, if there are two parents and a child in a family, then their total income should not exceed 42,741 rubles per month. The amount of benefits is 8,892 rubles, payments are made monthly until the child reaches one and a half years old.

    Payments to large families

    Another federal program. Monthly payments in the amount of 8,993 rubles are due for the birth of a third and subsequent child. At the same time, the average per capita family income should not exceed the subsistence level for children - in the republic this is 8,483 rubles. For example, if there are parents and three children in a family, then the family income should be less than 42,415 rubles.

    Bashkiria also provides for monthly cash payments to large low-income families. The conditions are the same - income should not exceed the subsistence level for children. Families can receive 3,000 rubles for each third or subsequent child born.

    Payments for adoption of children

    In Bashkiria, you can also receive a lump sum payment for the adoption of your first child. The family is paid 453 thousand rubles, for a disabled child - 553 thousand rubles. Parents can use the money to improve living conditions, purchase housing from legal entities, treatment, health resort treatment and education of an adopted child, as well as reimburse costs under a shared construction agreement.

    Monthly child benefit

    The payment is provided only to low-income families. The benefits are: for children of single mothers - 450 rubles per month; for children of military personnel and parents who evade child support - 337.5 rubles; for other children - 225 rubles.

    Benefit for the birth of twins or triplets

    A family in which twins or triplets are born can qualify for monthly payments in the amount of 500 rubles for each child.
