There should be sweets and desserts on the New Year's table! And Katya and I have an excellent dessert recipe for you - Tiramisu. Yes, yes, a dietary option. At first I was skeptical about it, but when I tried the ready-made version, I was very surprised. It was love at first spoon. And it turned out so beautiful!

Katya (trainer, nutritionist):
Desserts can be low-calorie and still taste good. PP tiramisu contains the main component - protein in the form of cottage cheese, which slows down the rapid release of sugar into the blood (which often leads to excess weight gain, and if abused, to diabetes and other unpleasant diseases). We use bananas as a natural sweetener and source of potassium. Dark chocolate is a source of healthy fats and magnesium. The benefits of bread can be disputed. However, for a quick option they are quite suitable. If you are for absolute unprecedented benefits, I recommend making the cake yourself from eggs and bran, although this may not have a positive effect on the taste. But you can try!

For 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 2 sweet breads (we used Dr Korner)
- 200 g cottage cheese 5%
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 20-30 grams of dark chocolate
- 50-100 ml strong coffee
- a few frozen blueberries or cranberries

Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree with a fork. Add cottage cheese to the bowl with banana puree and mix well.

Place 1/4 of the curd mass on the bottom of glasses or bowls.

Dip the bread into a bowl of coffee (if the diameter of the bread does not fit into your bowl, then break it into small pieces). Not for long, don't let them get wet.

Carefully place the loaves of bread (one per serving) in the bowls, slightly pressing them against the bottom curd layer.

Place the remaining 1/4 of the banana curd mixture on top and smooth out.

Lightly sprinkle with cocoa, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator. This dessert needs to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour, maybe longer. Those. you can easily prepare the dessert a few hours before serving.

Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisu with a little more cocoa, preferably through a small sieve or tea strainer.

Place berries and pieces of chocolate on the surface of the dessert, which can be roughly chopped to create sharp pieces.

This interesting version of tiramisu is not only very tasty, but also incredibly tender. And how could it be otherwise, if in one dessert there is bitter cocoa and chocolate, crispy bread, the most delicate cottage cheese with banana puree, and a light note of coffee. In my opinion, this is a great end to the festive New Year's feast. In addition to its usefulness, this dessert is also very light, which means you will not suffer from heaviness in your stomach.

After the specified time, the cake must be removed and cooled, cut arbitrarily, depending on the shape of the finished dessert. Now let's make the cream. To do this, again you just need to mix all the indicated ingredients. It is better to use an immersion blender so that the mass is free of lumps. By the way, it is more convenient to take a sugar substitute liquid or in powder. If the sakhzam is in tablets, then grind it first.

Now we form our cakes, PP tiramisu. Place a third of the resulting curd cream on the bottom of the bowl, then the cake layer and then the cream again, the rest of it. You can make the dessert three-layer, or five-layer. Whichever you like best. Sprinkle grated chocolate or cocoa powder on top. Can be replaced with cinnamon. Now put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and you’re done! You can remove it overnight, it will only taste better.

If, in addition to the frozen dessert, there are any odorous products in the refrigerator - fish, smoked meats, etc., we recommend covering the bowl with cling film. And sprinkle with chocolate or cinnamon just before serving. You can decorate with a berry or a mint leaf. Serve chilled with tea, coffee, mineral water.
