To create chicken with champignons in the oven, we will need:

  • 10 pcs chicken thighs
  • 300 g champignons
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g Russian type cheese
  • 3 onions
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of mustard
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
  • 2st. tablespoons balsamic vinegar (you can use any other vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil (or plain sunflower oil)
  • salt pepper

Chicken with champignons in the oven, recipe:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix mustard, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. This will be the marinade.
  2. We cut the thighs into three parts along the bone and place them in a bowl with the marinade. Mix well by hand. Let it soak for half an hour.
  3. We cut the mushrooms into slices, the onion into half rings, and three cheeses on a coarse grater. We light the oven, let it heat up.
